1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway.
2. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.
3. What shipping options are available?
All orders are shipped via FedEx within the United States. Standard delivery usually takes 4–10 business days.
- Orders of $20 or more qualify for free shipping.
- Orders under $20 have a flat shipping fee of $4.99.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
4. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the FedEx website.
5. Can I change or cancel my order?
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may initiate a return after receiving your order according to our Return & Refund Policy.
6. What is your return and refund policy?
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10% if the return is not due to a defective or incorrect item.

- For orders shipped within the United States, no additional taxes or customs fees apply.
