At Kazasklep, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a fair and transparent return and refund process in accordance with consumer protection.
1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging (including all tags, dust bags, and accessories).
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
We cannot accept returns of items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Items marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
3. Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at contact@kazasklep.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions and the correct return address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your order information.
- Ship the package back using a trackable shipping service (FedEx, USPS, or UPS recommended).
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming the status of your refund.
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned package.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or PayPal).
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3–5 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability.
To request an exchange:
- Contact us at contact@kazasklep.com and provide your order number and exchange details.
- Once approved, return the original item following the instructions provided.
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, the replacement will be shipped to you within 3–5 business days at no additional cost.
If the replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.
6. Restocking Fee
Returns that are not due to a defective or incorrect item may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10% of the product’s price to cover inspection, repackaging, and handling costs.
This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, and we will cover the return shipping.
To speed up the process, please include clear photos of the product and packaging in your email.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after receiving the item.
9. Responsibility and Return Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the returned package is securely packed and shipped using a trackable service.
Kazasklep is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
