Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kazasklep. We aim to provide you with a smooth and reliable delivery experience. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.


1. Shipping Coverage

Currently, Kazasklep only ships within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.


2. Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via FedEx (Federal Express), our trusted logistics partner.
We use standard shipping service to ensure timely and secure delivery of your purchases.


3. Shipping Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 4–10 business days, depending on your location within the United States.

Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.


4. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (PST) from Monday to Friday will be processed on the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (PST) or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.


5. Shipping Fees

  • Free Shipping: Orders totaling $20 or more (after discounts and before tax) qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: For orders below $20, a flat shipping fee of $4.99 will apply.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your FedEx tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress on the FedEx website.


7. Customs Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped within the United States, no customs duties or import taxes are required.

If we offer international shipping in the future, please note that customs duties, import taxes, and other applicable fees will be the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery according to the laws of the destination country.


8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work closely with FedEx to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays can occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, or logistical issues.
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of shipment, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and assist you promptly.


9. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Kazasklep is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
